5 Year Testing

State and local authorities have prioritized the 5 year test as a major compliance component of sprinkler systems. This test includes:

  • Changing out all water and air gauges
  • Hydrostatic test of connection with fire department
  • Disassembly of 4″ check valve and doing a thorough inspection. (This valve will be tagged after inspection is complete.)
  • Removing end caps and doing an internal investigation of pipe. All photo documentation and uploaded pictures will be included in the report.
  • Municipal compliance: our team will upload all applicable data into municipal compliance engines.
